Maybe tomorrow we’ll cut to another scene. Maybe someone new will walk into the frame. Maybe I’ll discover something important I’d never noticed. Like it or not, tomorrow I will think the same thing, and the next day, and the next. But as Ursula K. Le Guin puts it: “The unknown, the unforetold, the unproven, that is what life is based on.
